Laboratory Studies

Molecular, genetic and biotechnology laboratory is well equipped and present infrastructure is well enough to carry out reserch projects on Plant Tissue culture, DNA Isolation and PCR studies. The basic aim is to conduct interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary research for cooperation between the public and private sectors within the scope of university-industry collaboration program.

The main study topics in Molecular, genetics and biotechnology Laboratory are molecular biotechnology and applied microbiology. Adopting the principle of contributing to molecular biology-based R&D and innovation studies in our country, development of new methods for scientific community and humans is the basic aim of our Molecular Genetics and Biotechnology Laboratory.
